Principles
These principles reflect the foundation of how I approach life. They guide my decisions, actions, and interactions.
1. Ethics and Integrity
This is the core and non-negotiable principle for me. Doing and knowing the right thing, even when it’s inconvenient or goes unnoticed. This is the foundational principle I value most in people. If I expect this from you, it’s because I’m already giving it to you. Trust is essential in any meaningful interaction; without it, genuine connection and collaboration become impossible.2. Continuous Learning and Unlearning
The only constant in life is change. Skill outperform everything else. I strive to stay curious and make learning a daily habit. Compounding is the eighth wonder of the world: I believe that skills and knowledge are the most powerful forms of compounding. The more you invest in them, the greater the returns over time.3. Long-Term Thinking
I rarely focus on tasks that have value only for today. Most of my daily activities whether it's investing, working out, or learning are aimed at the future. At a given point, I am usually preparing myself for the "what next". I prefer addressing potential problems today, preventing them from growing into bigger issues tomorrow. Consistency over intensity and patience over instant gratification.4. Growth Mindset
I adopted this principle from the book Mindset. Almost everything, including intelligence can be learned and improved. Failure is inevitable, while success is never guaranteed. I see failure not as a setback, but as an essential step toward growth and achievement.I will continue to review and update these principles from time to time as I progress and discover new insights in life.
